We will host a virtual panel discussion on Tuesday 21 May from 12.00pm – 1.30pm on a topic at the forefront of digital law, the European Data Protection Board’s Opinion on “Pay-or-Consent” models. Join us for an insightful session as our panellists give their critical analysis on the Opinion’s implications for GDPR, fundamental rights, and new digital regulations.

The panel will discuss issues such as the balancing of rights, data monetisation, user autonomy, and regulatory oversight. Our speakers are:
