Sycamore Partners, a private equity firm which specialises in retail and consumer investments, has acquired Walgreens Boots Alliance, an integrated healthcare, pharmacy and retail services provider, in a transaction worth $23.7 billion.

We have assisted in advising the underwriters of this deal, supporting Latham & Watkins LLP in this cross-border transaction.
