Declan is a digital forensics manager in our Legal Tech Services Group.

Declan has extensive investigative experience having previously been employed by the Garda National Cyber Crime Bureau where he specialised in digital forensic collections and examinations. Declan has honed his skills navigating complex digital landscapes, surfacing crucial evidence and applying meticulous investigative techniques on an array of serious criminal investigations prior to joining Arthur Cox.

As part of the Legal Tech Services Group Declan supports our clients in litigation, competition, technology and employment law matters providing valuable advice and services encapsulating the identification, collection and examination of data. In addition, Declan has supported our clients in the immediate aftermath of cyber incidents, providing insights and Darkweb monitoring to allow clients make informed and evidence-based decisions.
