Daniel advises on public and private corporate transactions, equity capital market transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructures and general corporate governance issues for both listed and unlisted entities.  

Daniel has worked on numerous high-profile cross-border transactions with a global reach, including schemes of arrangement, private sales and public market capital raisings.
