Conor is a senior associate in our Corporate and M&A Group, advising clients on M&A and private equity transactions.

Conor has extensive experience advising private equity houses, financial sponsors and listed and private companies on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular emphasis on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. His practice spans the full range of public and private transactions, including buyouts, exits, minority investments, joint ventures and reorganisations, as well as advice on general corporate and securities law matters. Prior to joining Arthur Cox, Conor spent a number of years as an associate in the London office of a leading US law firm.
