Fintan advises international and domestic clients on aircraft leasing, secured financing, structured finance, securitisation and debt restructuring transactions. He regularly acts on complex cross-border mandates for financial institutions, funds and corporates.
The publication highlights Fintan’s involvement in a number of significant aviation finance transactions, including AviLease’s US$850 million inaugural note issuance, Ryanair’s €1.1 billion revolving facility and the Navigator 2025-1 aviation ABS transaction.
