We are very pleased to advise the Dean Hotel Group on its completion of the landmark sale of eight (8) hotels on the island of Ireland, including The Clarence Hotel, The Dean Dublin, The Dean Cork and The Mayson, and its entry into a strategic partnership with Lifestyle Hospitality Capital (LHC) and Elliott Investment Management.
