Jennifer is the Chief Technology Officer at our firm with responsibility for the AI and Innovation Lab, including the Innovation Lawyer team. Jennifer advises on legal tech and AI adoption. She has previously held CBI CF roles.

Jennifer has experience in financial services and professional advisory services she has a successful transformation track record. Passionate about adopting newly emerging technology to deliver great business outcomes, she also speaks regularly on AI and Innovation at industry events.

Jennifer is an experienced independent non-executive director and chair, with strong experience in digital transformation, cyber security, enterprise resilience, cloud and AI transformation, regulatory change including DORA, EU AI Act. 

Jennifer has considerable M&A integration experience, due diligence, downsizing, vendor rationalisation and enterprise architecture transformation.

She has previously been shortlisted for Business Post Women in STEM – Role Model of the Year 2025.

Relevant Experience

  • Led the AI strategy at a Bank, Chair of the AI Ethics and Governance Committee.
  • Head of Enterprise IT including IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, enterprise resilience, critical incident management, cloud strategy and IT investment portfolio management.
  • Led the due diligence and subsequent integration of mortgage loan book, SME and Asset Finance business to a Bank.
  • Led implementation of major regulatory changes, such as Consumer Protection Code, Digital Operational Resilience Act, EU AI Act, etc.
  • Advised on the establishment of a new operating model to create a distressed asset division at a Bank.
  • Led the technology implementation for a new Finance Operating model at an insurance company.
  • Advised on IT investment budgets, vendor rationalisation, IT third party contract and commercial negotiation.
  • Non-Executive Director of the Housing Finance Agency plc., Audit and Risk Committee member, Credit Committee member and Chair of the Organisational Performance and Development Committee.
