Emma is Of Counsel in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds Group.

Emma advises Irish and international UCITS and AIFs on all aspects of establishing and maintaining investment funds in Ireland, with a particular focus on physical and synthetic Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).

She regularly advises management companies, service providers and investment fund directors on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and foreign registration and listing matters. Emma has also advised on a number of major acquisitions of fund management businesses and consolidations of fund ranges.

Emma is a member of the Irish Funds Events Working Group.
