Conor is a senior associate in our Corporate and M&A Group.
Conor focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory matters. Conor advises on both domestic and cross border transactions across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Arthur Cox, Conor worked as a solicitor at leading law firms in Dublin and Sydney.
