Joanelle O’Cleirigh, Partner, and Kate O’Donohoe, Of Counsel in our Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Investigations Group, have co-authored the Irish Chapter for “Collective Litigation in Europe – Law and Practice.”

The book is a comprehensive resource that offers an in-depth overview of collective litigation mechanisms across 33 European jurisdictions, encompassing all 27 EU Member States, the four EFTA countries, and UK jurisdictions (England, Wales, and Scotland). It builds on years of work by the European Commission, including the 2013 Recommendation, the Representative Actions Directive and related national laws.

The book is available through the Juris website: Collective Litigation in Europe: Law and Practice
