This ranking builds on a sustained period of market leadership for Arthur Cox and marks our fourth consecutive number one ranking by deal value in Mergermarket’s half-year league tables. It reflects the strength of our client relationships, deep sector expertise and collaborative approach to advising on complex, high-value transactions.

The first half of 2026 saw significant activity across key sectors including technology, financial services, industrials and life sciences. The market was also characterised by continued public-to-private activity alongside a strong pipeline of domestic and international M&A transactions.
