Broadcasting
We act for television and radio broadcasters, cable companies, production and distribution companies, publishers, advertising agencies, record companies and talent, as well as many digital and online media, content provision and telecommunications companies.
Clients include Irish public broadcaster RTÉ and broadcasting network operator 2RN.
The Group also assists clients in their dealings with regulators and public authorities, such as the the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI), including in the context of statutory appeals, judicial reviews, competition complaints and defence, and regulatory compliance.
The Group regularly advises broadcasters, advertisers and other interested parties in their dealings with the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland and on the interpretation of broadcasting law and legislation and Codes and Standards.
