Ultan trained with Arthur Cox having previously being admitted in New York where he completed a masters degree in Banking and Corporate Finance and also worked as in-house counsel for a New York not-for-profit organisation. Ultan advises both financial institutions and borrowers on a wide range of domestic and international finance transactions including secured and unsecured lending, asset/property finance, acquisition finance, syndicated loans and structured finance.
