Tom is Head of the Company Compliance and Governance Practice and a Partner in the Corporate Group where his focus is corporate governance, company law and financial regulation. Since joining Arthur Cox Tom has built a strong corporate governance practice to leading national and international clients.

Tom led the Arthur Cox team which advised the Department of Finance on the design of the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010. Arthur Cox's work on the Act was referred to in the firm's 'stand out' ranking in the Finance category of the FT Innovative Lawyers Report 2011.
