Rachel advises on all aspects of general commercial property law including acquiring, selling and developing commercial property. Rachel has wide experience in drafting and negotiating commercial lease arrangements and advising on all aspects of Landlord and Tenant law. Rachel also advises on the property aspects of share sales, acquisitions, disposals and management buy outs. Rachel has considerable experience in advising lending institutions on all aspects of secured lending.
