Louise has extensive experience in advising both domestic and international clients on a wide range of areas including judicial review, Shareholder disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, white collar fraud and freezing and tracing orders. She has successfully completed a number of Commercial Court cases and she has been involved in resolving disputes through arbitration and mediation.
Experience
- Concluding a successful mediation on behalf of the National Oil Reserve Agency
- Obtaining interim and interlocutory relief from the High Court on behalf of a Canadian Company LPC World Inc concerning a Shareholder dispute arising in an Irish Company
- Successfully commencing landlord/tenant litigation for and on behalf of an Irish port company resulting in settlement for the parties
- Obtaining Anton Pillar Order and Freezing Orders in the Commercial Court concerning a fraud perpetrated on large publicly quoted US Company by one of its employees
