Expertise

Keith trained in Arthur Cox and since qualifying, has specialised in litigation and dispute resolution including commercial and corporate disputes, EC competition law, commercial fraud, commercial property disputes, financial services litigation and sports disciplinary proceedings.  Keith advises a wide variety of clients, including private clients, partnerships, private, public and semi-State companies and various statutory bodies, in informal disputes, formal litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Experience

• Acting for Ireland’s largest telecommunications operator in its successful defence of competition law proceedings
• Acting for Fyffes plc in insider dealing proceedings which it successfully took against DCC plc
• Acting for a client in a successful Supreme Court challenge to the validity of an international investigation being conducted by UK Customs and Excise
• Acting for Failte Ireland in Commercial Court  proceedings to secure a multi-million euro trust asset
• Acting for a multi-national mining corporation in Commercial Court proceedings brought by a service provider
• Acting for a fund administration company in its defence of Commercial Court proceedings brought by a large fund investor
• Acting for Aer Lingus plc in judicial review proceedings brought by Ryanair plc
• Acting for an athlete in an appeal by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) to the Irish Sports Anti-Doping Appeal Panel
