Kathleen has a broad practice with emphasis on domestic and cross border finance transactions and financial services. Kathleen acts for a wide range of financial institutions, funds, corporates, partnerships and individuals on banking and finance matters generally across all sectors. These include property, asset, acquisition, structured finance, fund lending, film, derivative and insurance products, restructuring and financial regulation. Kathleen is head of our London office.
