Expertise

Formerly a capital markets partner at Allen & Overy, Glenn specialises in all forms of capital markets transactions, particularly repackagings, CDOs, bond issues, debt issuance programmes, derivatives and equity linked products such as convertibles and exchangeables. Glenn also leads our targeted Russian Capital Markets practice, having advised on over 40 LPN and structured issues in the last four years. He also advises on a range of banking and security issues and on the capital markets aspects of restructurings.
