Experience

In recent years, Elizabeth has been involved in the following transactions:

• Acting for RSA on its acquisition of 123.ie.
• Acting for ESB in relation to the €450 million sale of four power stations and two sites at Shannonbridge and Lanesboro to Endesa S.A.
• Advising Deloitte on the sale by the Receiver of certain subsidiaries of Newcourt Group plc.
• Acting for Kentz Corporation Limited on its admission to trading on AIM.
• Acting for Tessera, Inc. on the Irish aspects relating to the €20 million acquisition of Fotonation, Inc.
• Advising An Post (the Irish Post Office) on the €85 million sale of mobile phone top up companies in Spain and the U.K.
• Acting for UTV plc in various acquisitions of Irish radio stations.
• Acting for Liberty Global Inc. on the acquisition of the cable business of ntl in Ireland.
• Acting for Topaz Energy Group in the acquisition of the retail fuels business of Royal Dutch Shell plc in Ireland.
• Acting for Wockhardt in the acquisition of Pinewood Healthcare.
