Donogh has over 30 years’ experience in advising clients in commercial disputes. His areas of expertise include the financial, healthcare, insurance and media sectors. For many years Donogh has been a leading practitioner in all aspects of professional indemnity insurance including complex coverage issues.

Donogh is also a CEDR-accredited mediator and has successfully advised clients in numerous mediations involving complex and sensitive issues.

Experience

• Successfully representing a US-based individual in high profile defamation proceedings against an Irish publication
• Successfully representing a bank in numerous proceedings arising from the fallout following the collapse of two Dublin law practices of former solicitors Michael Lynn and Thomas Byrne
• Successfully representing a firm of engineers in the defence of a multimillion euro claim for damages arising from excavation work which rendered a number of adjoining buildings unstable
• Advising a multi national specialist Insurer in respect of two new insurance products being launched onto the Irish market
