Expertise
Declan has wide commercial experience with a focus on inward investment. He advises a significant number of overseas clients on establishing a business in Ireland and in their negotiations with the Industrial Development Agency (IDA). Declan also advises on all aspects of pension law with particular emphasis on the area of mergers and acquisitions.
Declan was previously in-house counsel to the IDA and worked with KPMG Corporate Finance.
