Chris is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Group. Prior to joining Arthur Cox, Chris spent a number of years working in London and Paris, most recently in the London office of a leading US law firm. Chris has broad public and private company experience, with a particular emphasis on public takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance matters.
