Brian is Managing Partner of the firm. He joined Arthur Cox in 1999 and became a partner in 2000. Prior to joining Arthur Cox, Brian spent a number of years in London and Hong Kong with a leading London law firm and a leading investment bank.

Brian specialises in corporate finance with a particular emphasis on IPOs, takeovers, mergers & acquisitions and private equity.
