Revaluation of Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council Area, June 2010

Under the Valuation Act of 2001, provision was made for a revaluation of all commercial and industrial property in Ireland. This process began in November 2005 in the South Dublin County area and is now continuing on a phased basis in other rating authority areas most notably Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
