EU AIFM Directive - ESMA Publishes its Final “Level 2” Advice, December 2011

On 16 November 2011 the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) issued its technical advice to the European Commission on possible implementing measures in respect of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (the Directive). ESMA had issued consultation papers in July and August on this technical advice.
