On 27 April 2010 the Financial Regulator published Consultation Paper CP 41 on Corporate Governance Requirements for Credit Institutions and Insurance Undertakings (the “Consultation Paper”), setting out minimum requirements as to how credit institutions and insurance companies should organise their corporate governance.
