CESR’s Consultation Paper on Guidelines on Risk Measurement, May 2010

The Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) has issued a consultation paper entitled “CESR’s Guidelines on Risk Measurement and the Calculation of Global Exposure and Counterparty Risk for UCITS.” The Guidelines will accompany the level 2 implementing measures for the UCITS IV Directive that should be adopted by the European Commission in July 2010. The deadline for receipt of comments on the consultation paper is 31 May.
