The Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (the “Financial Regulator”) has published revised Prospectus Rules under Section 51 of the Investment Funds, Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 2005. The new Prospectus Rules will come into force on 15 September 2008.
