The Practice
We have a proven track record advising on sophisticated social infrastructure projects in the education, justice, government accommodation, social housing, urban regeneration, health, and leisure sectors on the island of Ireland. In addition to our PPP/PFI experience we have acted on various structures applied to accommodation projects including outsourcing, facilities management and land swaps. We are the preferred legal team for both the private and public sector. We act as lead advisors for contracting authorities, private contractors and funders and have an unrivalled bank of experience completing the most complex infrastructure projects undertaken on the island.
