Public Law
The Practice
Arthur Cox's Public Law Group advises on matters of interpretation of public general law, including the Constitution of Ireland, Statutes, Statutory Instruments and the transposition of European Communities Law in the area, as well as the related areas of Public Procurement, PPP/PFI and Projects.
The Group has a particular focus on the Freedom of Information Act, (acting for "public bodies") as so designated for purposes of the Act and for those having dealings with those bodies or seeking access to records or information.
Please also visit our Projects Law Update, ‘On Track’, and our Procurement Law Update, in the FYI Updates section of the site, which bring you the latest news, updates and commentary on issues that affect projects and procurement law on the island of Ireland.
