The Practice
The Arthur Cox PPP/PFI practice forms part of the firm’s broader Projects Group. We are the only full service commercial law firm with a dedicated PPP/PFI team in each of Dublin and Belfast and have been at the forefront of the development of the sector in each jurisdiction. Having been involved in PPPs from the first to the most recent to achieve financial close in Ireland, we have built up leading experience in advising on all aspects of project procurement and delivery. We deliver an end to end service for contracting authorities, sponsors, funders, sub-contractors and design teams on all aspects of delivering PPPs/PFIs.
