Arthur Cox represents a very large proportion of overseas investment in Ireland. The firm acts for many North American, European and other international clients and represents over 350 overseas companies with Irish operations.
The depth of the firm's experience results in efficient and cost effective service of the highest quality. Our policy is to use our experience to work with clients to identify current and future corporate needs in Ireland and circumvent obstacles before they arise.
Our Inward Investment Group is highly qualified, responsive and service oriented. A number of its lawyers have been educated and have practised in the United States and the United Kingdom. Another was formerly in-house counsel to IDA Ireland (the principal Irish development agency). We therefore have both an understanding of foreign law concepts and issues and unparalleled experience in dealing with development structures and grant agreements and this has proven to be of unique value to our overseas clients.
The group draws on the expertise of the other relevant practice groups within the firm including Tax, Employment, Intellectual Property, Environment and Planning, Construction, Financial Regulatory and Asset Management and Investment Funds.
