- Representing Fyffes Group plc in Fyffes v DCC plc
- Acting for Barclays in Bank of Ireland's €10 billion Mortgage covered securities programme
- Acted for Aer Lingus on its IPO in 2006
- Advising Aer Lingus Group plc in defending a hostile takeover bid from Ryanair Holdings plc
- Advising Aella plc, the vehicle through which members of the management team of Irish Continental Group plc ("ICG") proposed to acquire ICG.
- Advising Hypo Real Estate on its €5.7 billion acquisition of Depfa Bank, a company incorporated in Ireland and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. (the largest ever merger in Ireland).
- Advised Fyffes plc in relation to the demerger of its property and produce undertakings and the subsequent admission to listing of each of Blackrock International Land plc and Total Produce plc on IEX and AIM.
- Advised Dairygold Co-operative Society Limited on the demerger and spin-off its consumer foods, property and other non-core interests into Reox Holdings plc.
- Advised the Independent Board of Jurys Doyle Hotel Group plc on the €1.25 billion acquisition of the Group.
