Expertise
Ruth is Head of Human Resources. Her remit covers all Arthur Cox staff but she supports mainly those who work as qualified solicitors. Her role involves designing appropriate policies and procedures for the firm and its people, including remuneration, conditions of work, performance feedback and recruitment.
