Our remuneration strategy for trainees, associates and partners is to pay market-leading salaries. Trainee salaries increase on the first anniversary of your start date and again on the second anniversary. You will be paid full salary whether you are working in the office or attending the Law Society Professional Practice Courses 1 and 2. In addition, we pay the Law Society fees for all trainees as well as covering the examination fees for the FE1s.
We offer a prize of €1000 to starting trainees who have passed all 8 FE1 exams in one sitting.
In keeping with our ethos of tailoring our Trainee Development Programme to the particular skills and interests of each individual trainee, we encourage you to avail of every opportunity to continue your academic and professional development both within and outside the office. If you have a course in mind, a particular area of law that interests you or a particular skill that you wish to develop, we want to assist you in achieving that goal. A bursary fund is available for use during your training programme.
