• The Ireland chapter in the "Encyclopaedia of European Telecommunication Laws", Sweet & Maxwell, London, 2000 (updated).
• Irish National Report to FIDE Congress, Helsinki, 2000, on "Networks" in Telecoms and Energy (published).
