- Successfully representing la arge Irish Food Company in a trademark infringement dispute with a French Food Company in the Commercial Court
- Successfully commencing landlord/tenant litigation for and on behalf of an Irish port company resulting in settlement for the parties
- Obtaining Anton Pillar Order and Freezing Orders in the Commercial Court concerning a fraud perpetrated on large publicly quoted US Company by one of its employees
