Kevin is a member of the Employment Law Group and specialises in all aspects of employment and industrial relations law. His practice includes advisory work in the context of inward investment and commercial transactions, as well as representation of employers in employment disputes such as unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Kevin has published many articles on various topics of employment law and frequently lectures in the area, including to the Law Society of Ireland. Kevin joined Arthur Cox in 2001, having previously held the position of in-house legal advisor with the Irish Business and Employers Confederation. | Practice Areas |
