Kathleen has a strong finance practice with emphasis on domestic and cross border finance transactions and financial services. Kathleen acts for a wide range of financial institutions, funds, corporates, partnerships and individuals on banking and finance matters generally across all sectors. These include property, asset, acquisition, structured finance, film, derivative products, restructuring and financial regulation. She has advised on many high profile transactions including the establishment of first-e internet bank, the financing of the proposed MBO of ICG plc, restructuring of IWP International plc and derivatives aspect of Structured Credit Company.
