Garrett is a Partner in the Arthur Cox Projects Group. Garrett’s practice area includes project finance, PPP, corporate banking, structured finance and energy. Prior to joining Arthur Cox, Garrett worked in London with Dewey Ballantine and Lovells which included extensive in-house work for a leading investment bank and a global energy company. - Advising Ulster Bank on a series of renewables financings
- Advising Barclays Bank plc on the €90m Cork School of Music PPP Project
- Advising the National Development Finance Agency on the Midlands Prison PPP Project
- Advising DONG/Elsam in respect of the €350 million Dublin Waste to Energy PPP Project
- Advising Real Estate Opportunities on the first ever commercial mortgage backed securitisation of Irish properties
- Advising the Railway Procurement Agency on the privately-funded extension of LUAS Line A1
- Advising American Electric Power with the development of its European energy trading platform; the development, financing and subsequent sale of the 400MW South Coast Power Project ; and the disposal of the 4000MW Fiddler’s Ferry and Ferrybridge power plants
- Advising PGNiG S.A., the Polish Oil & Gas Company, on its corporate and financial restructuring, including restructuring of existing bond finance
