• Representing Johnson & Johnson in multi jurisdictional litigation in relation to the alleged infringement of Novartis contact lens patent
• Representing Conor Med Systems in multi-jurisdictional litigation in relation to the alleged infringement of GSK’s coronory stent Patent
• Advising on multi-jurisdictional litigation in patent infringement and revocation cases including GSK .v. Synthon which is the leading decision on the grant of injunctive relief in intellectual property matters. David provides advice to inventors, designers and manufacturers of medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, packaging and paper products
• Acting for the policyholders in one of the leading Irish cases on insurance policy interpretation “Analog Devices –v- Zurich Insurance & Others” which involved a jurisdictional dispute and the application by the Irish court of Massachusetts law to an insurance policy
• Representing over 40 Irish Bookmakers in an intellectual property dispute against the British Horseracing Board in proceedings before the Commercial Court division of the High Court
• Representing MCD in litigation in the Commercial Court arising out of the cancellation of Eminem's Slane concert.
