- advising Dairygold Co-Operative Society Limited in relation to the €140 million disposal of Breeo Foods Limited to Kerry Group plc
- advising the National Oil Reserves Agency on its contracts for the storage of the State’s €1.5 billion strategic oil stocks
- advising CHC Helicopter Corporation on the Irish aspects of its $3 billion sale to First Reserve Corporation
- advising a client in respect of restructuring its bank facilities of circa. €186 million
