Arthur Cox has won the Ireland Law Firm of the Year 2014 award at the annual IFLR Europe Awards. The awards, which were held in London last night, recognise the most innovative firms of the past twelve months.
The awards also recognise deals that break new ground and set market precedents. The firm was shortlisted in three Deals of the Year categories for its work on Green REIT, the IBRC promissory note exchange and liquidation plan and for its structured finance and securitisation advice to AA WBS.

Earlier this week Arthur Cox was named Ireland Law Firm of the Year 2014 by Who’s Who Legal having also won this award in 2013. The firm was named Irish Law Firm of the Year at the Chambers Europe Awards for Excellence 2013 and in 2012 was named Ireland Tax Firm of the Year 2012 by the International Tax Review, the fourth time Arthur Cox has won this award in the past eight years. For the sixth consecutive year the firm was named Legal Adviser of the Year for Ireland 2012 by Financial Times/mergermarket and was awarded Republic of Ireland Law Firm of the Year 2012 at The Lawyer European Awards.
