Arthur Cox has been recognised by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) New York and The M&A Advisor at the 2nd Annual ACG New York Champion’s Awards, held at Sotheby’s New York on 13 June 2012 and hosted by CNBC’s Kayla Tausche.
The annual awards recognise companies, individual dealmakers and transactions, across 35 different award categories, from the middle market mergers and acquisitions industry in the greater New York area.
Arthur Cox was part of a group of advisors who advised on the re-privatisation of Bank of Ireland which was namedTurnaround Deal of the Year and Financial Services Deal of the Year (over $100m).
An independent body of experts, who represent a cross-section of the middle market industry, judged the finalists’ deals, deal makers and firms. Criteria used by the judges included the importance of the transaction, product, service or dealmaker to the industry and also the level of creativity, resourcefulness and perseverance applied to complete the deal.
