Banking
The Banking Group in Arthur Cox is consistently ranked by the leading international legal directories as one of the top practices in Ireland and these are the partners that our associates work with on a daily basis. We have the largest Banking and Finance Practice on the island of Ireland.
The group specialises in asset and property based finance, tax based lending, leasing, advising retail banking, syndicated loans and dealing with both domestic and cross-border financing. As a member of this group, you will advise many of the Ireland’s leading financial institutions, government bodies, investment banks, financial arrangers and investments advisers located in Ireland and a very significant number of overseas leading companies.
We are ideally looking for candidates who are driven and enthusiastic with 2-5 years experience in the banking and financial services industry and with a private practice background.

Regulation
We currently have an exciting opportunity to work in the Regulation group of one of our Finance teams. Our Financial Regulatory Group advises on a wide variety of regulatory matters relevant to the financial services industry. We combine a detailed understanding of the financial markets and the commercial background to the businesses and the matters we advise on. We advise a wide range of Irish and international banks and financial institutions.
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with regulatory clients, ideally in a private practice environment. You will also need to be able to focus on delivering excellent client service in this technically demanding area.

Project Finance
The Arthur Cox Project Finance practice forms part of the firm’s broader Projects Group. Our project finance experience includes transactions financed through syndicated debt; debt capital markets; securitisations; joint ventures; and secondary market sales of equity interests. Our project finance expertise is complemented by our strength in related practice areas including procurement, construction, regulatory compliance and corporate. We are consistently at the forefront of the development of project finance and, in particular, the Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and Energy and Resources sectors.
We are ideally looking for a candidate who has worked for between 2 and 5 years post qualification in this highly specialised area.
