Belfast

Our Belfast office is in the city centre, convenient to all amenities.

The Northern Ireland practice of Arthur Cox was established in January 1996. It subsequently merged with Belfast firms Norman Wilson & Co. and Martin & Brownlie. Since its inception, Arthur Cox Northern Ireland has grown rapidly to become one of the foremost corporate and commercial legal practices in Northern Ireland, servicing the legal requirements of both national and international client companies. 

In Belfast, we now have 13 partners, 22 associate solicitors and a total staff of over 60. In addition to the full range of services which are supplied by the lawyers based in Belfast, the Belfast practice has access to Arthur Cox personnel and resources internationally and is accordingly in a position to draw upon all of the specialist services which are provided by the firm.

Our London office is located in the middle of the city's 'legal' district, near The Old Bailey, The Royal Courts of Justice and The Temple, and is convenient to many major transportation hubs.

The office advises on matters involving Irish and UK businesses, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, inward investment and financial services. The office forms a key part of the firm's international network and is in a position to draw on the wide range of specialist services available within the firm.
